i see this type of error in the log.

Unfortunately my hands are tied on this error since the RDS-Manager module isn't mine. It was published by the Microsoft Remote Desktop Services team (original download at http://gallery.technet.microsoft.com/ScriptCenter/e8c3af96-db10-45b0-88e3-328f087a8700/)

The best I can do is trap the error and log it as you've noticed. I'd encourage you to visit the download URL and post a comment to their Q&A page.
